Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.
Generate creative ideas for company events, customer appreciation initiatives, and tradeshows.
Manage event planning from concept to execution, including research, contracts, venue preparation, and marketing materials.
Design and maintain regional marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop content for the company website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Attend events, visit job sites, and take photos as needed.
Maintain mailing lists in Salesforce and provide administrative support to Business Development Managers.
Collaborate with the ARCO Marketing Team and develop an understanding of the construction industry.
Effectively communicate, work with leadership, and support ARCO's values and business goals.
Uphold and contribute to the company's work hard/play hard culture.

Required
4+ years of marketing experience; Construction or related industry experience preferred but not required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree preferred
Demonstrated creativity in generating innovative ideas for events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design (ideal)
Experience in Salesforce and Pardot or similar marketing automation software preferred but not required
Excellent written communication skills; strong verbal and presentation skills.
Must thrive in a self-directed and fast-paced environment. Be proactive in anticipation of business needs
Ability to work in the office full-time
Preferred
