Responsibilities
Assist the DDI Contractor Software Development Manager with all delegated software development responsibilities.
Work on large, complex automated systems development projects similar in size and scope to the Wisconsin CSM Project.
Engage in systems analysis and design, and work directly with stakeholders to define requirements.
Develop technical design documentation from requirements and implement systems in a SOA environment.
Analyze web-based applications and use tools included in proposed frameworks.
Understand OCSE certification requirements and track requirements through all SDLC phases using an ALM tool.

Required
A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size and scope to the Wisconsin CSM Project.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems analysis and design.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements.
A minimum of two (2) years developing technical design documentation from requirements.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems development and implementation in a SOA environment.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst for web-based applications.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience using the tools included in the proposed frameworks.
An in-depth understanding of the OCSE certification requirements based on the OCSE Guide for States.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience documenting and tracking requirements through all SDLC phases using an ALM tool.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Agile experience or training.
