Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights into KPIs (key performance indicators) and variances from budget.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and create ad-hoc reports to address specific financial questions or concerns raised by leadership and stakeholders.

Provide insights, conduct what-if analysis, and predict trends for leadership.

Track and analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and economic factors that may impact the company’s financial position.

Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor budget performance and provide analysis with explanations for deviations.

Create presentations and recommend strategies to leadership on a variety of business decisions.

Develop strategies to identify and mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.

Work closely with Community Managers, Regional Managers, Finance, and IT teams on multiple projects.
