Responsibilities
Understanding requirements, gathering information about client’s data, and diving into data to create insights, ultimately driving sound business decisions.
Writing code and implementing the proposed solutions.
Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through quality control procedures.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced analytical and optimization techniques to solve business problems.
Establishing key performance tracking metrics for deployed models and solutions and monitoring ongoing solution performance.
Exploring and implementing semantic data capabilities through Natural Language Processing, text analysis, and machine learning techniques.
Conducting research on data model optimization and algorithms to improve effectiveness and accuracy.
Collaborating with other teams on the client side to find impactful solutions to business problems.
Developing efficient and scalable models.
Applying and/or developing statistical modeling techniques (such as deep neural networks and Bayesian models), optimization methods, and other ML techniques.

Required
Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as data scientist or similar role.
Solid foundation utilizing machine learning algorithms to develop predictive analytics solutions.
Experience working with Cloud Data Science offerings (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive services, etc.).
Strong Python skills with hands-on experience on libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Tensorflow, Pytorch etc.
Strong expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-based data warehouse platforms.
Self-start with the ability to learn, adapt, improvise and problem solve with poise in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Growth mindset - ability to learn and take initiative to keep up with the latest technology.
Experience working with Generative-AI, LLMS, prompt engineering.
Experience working directly with stakeholders with analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Good Software Engineering background.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g: PowerBI/Tableau/AWS QuickSight, others similar).
Experience in working with large datasets in a production environment.
