Responsibilities
Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities
Interfaces with customers on job requirements, RFQ’s
Prepares quotations in response to RFQ’s
Accepts PO’s and schedules jobs
Perform duties of Buyer/Planner
Provides input for production schedule
Interface with the customer and have the ability to understand their requirements in order to meet their needs and deadlines
Works with engineering on job specific requirements and customer product needs
Ships & invoices products
Other various tasks as needed to support customer requirements and demands

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in similar role as a program manager for a contract manufacturing company
Must have electronic component purchasing experience
Must be well organized, have exceptional follow-through
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interface effectively with customers
Must be a U.S. Person per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15
This is a full-time, on-site position and cannot be supported remotely
