Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and development oversight to teams of Software Engineers/Analysts

Ensure application design adheres to the appropriate architectural and design patterns in the systems.

Develop key software components, and use your code as a teaching tool across the team for patterns and techniques.

Host sessions for design and code review for stakeholders across the business.

Improve engineering standards and process to improve team capabilities and efficiency.

Required

12+ years' experience in Java J2ee development

Can lead, architect and design new apps and work with team to modernize the tech stack.

Experience of designing and standing up brand new microservices based architecture, Java, open shift container platform, Kafka, experience of Pega workflows.

Must have 3 years' experience as a Java/J2ee Architect

Hands-on with Springboot, Microservices, Core Java and API experience

Strong familiarity of formal design and SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile/SAFe

Significant experience of designing solutions in distributed highly resilient environments.

Significant experience of integrating enterprise application solutions.

Must have excellent communication skill.
