Responsibilities

Lead membrane & media research supporting all Business Units and bridging R&D and Operations.

Oversee all stages of media and membrane development from concept to manufacturing.

Ensure delivery on strategic planning commitments for future media research and separation technologies.

Accountable for developing next-generation membrane platform technology for Aerospace, F&B, FTAP, and MicroE sectors.

Coordinate with internal functions and external partners to deliver breakthrough technologies.

Manage larger groups of people and possess familiarity with Pall media utilization and manufacturing.

Required

Ph.D. in Material Science/Engineering or any relevant Science or Engineering disciplines with experience in membrane technology, research, and development.

Minimum of 8 years people management experience leading/managing larger groups of people (>20).

Familiarity with Pall media utilization, challenges, and manufacturing.
