Responsibilities
Lead product management activities including strategy, planning, and performance tracking using financial analysis.
Oversee customer experience, retention, and engagement.
Develop new capabilities and solutions to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategy.
Define business requirements for technology and digital projects.
Set omnichannel vision for customer experience and establish roadmaps for customer engagement.
Collaborate with various teams to drive process controls and governance for product integrity.
Partner with research, marketing, and finance teams on various initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
8 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Executive, Article, FP&A Group Manager, FP&A Analyst, Analyst, Assistant Manager, or related position involving financial analysis for the banking industry
Experience in financial analysis, developing financial forecasts, and presenting management materials
Experience partnering with a large cross-functional team in a matrixed environment
Experience reviewing financial projections for Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
At least 2 years of experience in financial modeling for Unsecured Lending products, developing financial forecasts for Technology function, financial analysis for loans, deposits, and credit cards, financial analysis on Product Return Optimization, financial analysis on Investment Support, and Tableau
Up to 15% domestic travel required
