Responsibilities
Assist with project plans and schedules for tax operation projects which may include applications development, enhancement, and maintenance efforts. Work with other development and testing teams to assist with coordination of activities
Communicate with internal customers, as appropriate, to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems
Monitor project milestones and deliverables
Communicate project status and issues
Assist with other projects and administrative tasks
Confer with project staff to assist with the identification and resolution of problems
Produce and distribute project documents

Required
BS/BA in Accounting preferred
2-3 years project management experience is required
Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct formal and informal presentations
Proven experience in managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to have agility to manage / change priorities
Proven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
This is not a tax technical position but will be assisting our Operations team
Preferred
Tax experience is a plus
PMI Project Management Professional certification is preferred, but not required
