Responsibilities
Experience deploying and supporting Dynatrace in an enterprise environment
Experience with virtualization and public cloud technologies such as VMware, AWS, and Azure
Experience configuring and supporting Nagios
Experience configuring or working with automated deployment tools like Ansible, SCCM, Puppet, or Jenkins, Terraform or other Config as Code tools
Prometheus, Kubernetes, Rancher, or Docker experience an asset
Scripting/Coding experience – in any language
Enthusiasm and Resilience in the face of frustration
1+ years of supporting an enterprise observability platform (Dynatrace preferred)
1+ years of supporting an opensource monitoring platform (Nagios preferred)
Comfortable performing work on, and supporting users on, both Linux and Windows server platforms
Demonstrable ability to communicate and work with others of varying technical ability
