Responsibilities
Manages the implementation and ongoing maintenance of various claims data processes within the organization.
Serves as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for claim, provider maintenance, and other data processes and questions.
Addresses and resolves claim data issues with vendors and trading partners.
Collaborates with multiple departments to gather information and determine claim data requirements.
Develops custom reporting using Power BI, SQL server queries, Excel, and Access.
Provides key business insights for the organization and supports strategic initiatives.
Provides executive summaries and process improvement recommendations to management.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science or Information Systems degrees preferred)
5+ years of related business and claims data experience
Microsoft Excel – Advanced
Microsoft Access – Intermediate to Advanced
Communication Skills – excellent written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy required
