Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Design and develop system solutions to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows and data models.
Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system designs.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
Track and report on project progress to stakeholders.
Develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify and resolve defects and issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the deployment and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and measure the impact of process changes.

Required
Fluent in Agile methodology
Able to comprehend system/IT request and create the required user stories
Able to understand the business need from stakeholders and translate into technical or business requirements
Knowledge with application function including front end design and back end data ingestion
Able to understand database structures
Understand three tiers architectures
