Responsibilities

Create compelling content related to deadline-driven customer-facing events and activities, ensuring alignment with business initiatives.

Develop various content types including infographics, e-books, videos, social media assets, blog posts, and customer stories.

Organize and maintain all content-related documents in a centralized SharePoint repository.

Enhance the company's brand voice by amplifying key narratives and initiatives.

Adhere to and enforce the company's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Manage the execution of content marketing campaigns, stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines.

Analyze marketing initiative results to provide insights for future campaigns.

Implement SEO best practices to optimize online presence.

Identify opportunities to leverage existing content across various channels for engagement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables.

Identify/manage project risks/issues for timely resolution.

Develop/maintain process documentation like flow diagrams/standard operating procedures/work instructions.

Ensure alignment/integration of processes across teams.

Partner with content agencies on budgets/schedules/communications.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for successful project execution.

Work with multiple agencies for projects ensuring clear communication/collaboration/timely delivery.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications/Business.
