Responsibilities

Participate in the design, implementation, strategy, road map, and support of applications in the cloud primarily with Azure.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Application teams to ensure digital solutions meet the overall enterprise cloud guidelines and security practices.

Able to debug and resolve complex issues in cloud environments for business-critical applications.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline deployments to the cloud leveraging Azure services and features

5+ years of hands-on development experience in C#, ASP.NET or similar object-oriented language

5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with hands-on experience in Cloud, Systems Engineering or Application Development

Understanding of large-scale distributed systems in cloud-hosted environments

Hands-on experience across multiple scripting technologies and tools such as JSON, Python, Bash, Shell scripting, and PowerShell

Preferred

Azure Certified in one or both of the following: AZ-900 Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate and/or AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architecture Expert

Understanding of distributed systems, multiple operating systems, secure configuration

1+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microservices and deploying to Kubernetes

1+ years hands on experience with application monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace

3+ years of hands-on experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Understanding of Microservices design patterns, distributed architectures, Docker, and containerized web services
