Responsibilities

Support two calendars and two teams, including managing scheduling and calendar organization.

Assist with team support by addressing inquiries, restocking office supplies, conducting office walkthroughs, and setting up events.

Approve expense reports bi-weekly and handle tasks related to pulling reports, tracking PCNs, space information, and onboarding new hires or interns.
