Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data to understand business needs and objectives
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Utilize ETL tools, such as Visio, for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Engage in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
Conduct predictive analysis using tools like Power BI
Employ VBA for automation tasks
Perform analytics to support decision-making processes

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in business analysis or a related role
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate trends and patterns
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
Familiarity with VBA for Excel automation tasks
Ability to analyze complex data sets and smash them into actionable insights
Preferred
Experience with SQL: 1 year
