Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and completing various regular and ad-hoc reports and required filings, ensuring accuracy through review and analysis.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis schedules, budget variances, annual financial budgets, and forecasts. Record data, perform reconciliations.
Design and develop financial analysis and detailed reporting on financial measures, trends, and business initiatives.
Provide financial analysis support to different areas of the company, communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Required
4 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis required; healthcare environment experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
