Responsibilities
Provide support to operations teams during resource deployment activities across EPA Azure and AWS.
Create and maintain Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and project spaces.
Convert often used Terraform code into modules to simplify deployments.
Identify and review cloud services with potential benefit to operations teams.
Produce detailed documentation on Cloud Operations and associated work to assist Unix and Windows teams.
Provide Service Now ticket support.
Attend ADC calls as a NCC cloud operations representative and provide technology and process guidance.
Attend EPA FRR calls as a cloud operations team representative and provide technology and process guidance. Implement required project updates to meet FRR requests.

Required
5-10 years of related experience
Strong technical skills in at least one cloud computing platform such as AWS and Azure
Strong technical skills in Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system
Experience with cloud infrastructure management tools such as Terraform and Gitlab
Experience with at least one scripting language such as Powershell, Perl, or Bash
Experience with cloud security and networking best practices
Experience in a DevSecOps or Agile environments
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to collaborate and mentor peers
Cloud computing certification of associate level or higher
Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
Preferred
Demonstrated experience working with PKI certificates and X509 protocols
Familiar with Serverless framework (Lambda), Step Functions
Demonstrated experience using task tracking and version control technology such as GitHub or JIRA
Demonstrated experience integrating with Sponsor enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management, Auditing, Email, and hosted DevOps services
Demonstrated experience working with Agile Scrum based development team
Familiarity with Python development best practices
AWS Developer or DevOps Certification
