Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and trade shows in which Grip participates, coordinating requirements, establishing operational processes, and managing deliverables
Effectively communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, providing necessary instructions
Develop compelling landing pages and craft email communications essential for program success
Identify and organize sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and currency, and initiate the creation of new materials as necessary
Manage lead processing to track sales follow-up and evaluate program effectiveness
Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and venues, ensuring the high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs

Required
0-3 years of dynamic experience in sales, event planning, or marketing
Displays a genuine passion for pursuing a marketing career
Exhibits an innate aptitude for enterprise technology and a rapid grasp of new software tools
Embodies a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Effortlessly blends hard work, competitiveness, and professionalism while embracing feedback and guidance
A collaborative team player, fostering a positive attitude and a keen willingness to work together seamlessly
Holds a degree (B.A. or B.S) from an accredited university
Must be based in Boston & open to hybrid work
