Responsibilities

Create and own global marketing strategy and value propositions for Microbiology's IS/AST solutions.

Collaborate with business unit, regional marketing, and cross-functional colleagues to drive new product revenue associated with individual product launches.

Lead a team of Global Product Managers in executing New Product Launch Excellence Process.

Drive competitive intelligence analysis and Voice of Customer research to enable effective market positioning.

Support implementation of marketing development programs and refine user needs and design inputs for competitive products.

Drive adoption of effective daily management tools and standard work in all Marketing functions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in field with 14+ years related exp. OR Master’s degree in field with 12+ years related exp. OR Doctoral degree in field with 9+ years related exp

Minimum of 10 years of successful marketing / product manager experience with increasing responsibilities

6+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in a matrix and global environment

Multiple cycles of new product launch or market development practices in microbiology sector, especially ID/AST, including development of the marketing plan, value propositions, claims matrix, persona map, pricing, and commercialization action plan

Strong grasp of the healthcare landscape, regulatory, reimbursement, and patient pathways across multiple disease states

Experience in leading cross-function global teams, influencing, developing, and motivating people from diverse backgrounds to drive results

Ability to travel (domestic and internationally) approximately 25% (onsite role) or up to 50% for remote role

Preferred

Regional Marketing or Product Management experience

Experience working with global markets outside the United States
