Responsibilities
Direct the specification, development, and evolution of products validated for the market, collecting input from stakeholders to prioritize new products and features.
Design and execute product strategy and roadmap through the creative cycle, from ideation to release, analysis, and iteration.
Lead market analysis, competitive analysis, and research to define market and user segmentations.
Identify platforms and product attributes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Lead quantitative and qualitative research to validate feature ideas and ensure an excellent user experience.
Communicate complex concepts effectively, prioritize across product portfolios, and hit key performance indicators.
Lead junior product managers in complex projects as needed.

Required
At least eight years of Software Services Product Management experience for customer products over $100M.
Experience managing staff.
Undergraduate degree in related fields such as: Business Administration, Marketing or other areas combined with relevant work experience.
MBA preferred.
Experience generating outstanding results as a Software Services Product Manager at a high performing tech-enabled product company; Education industry preferred.
Experience leading a team of Product Managers
Working knowledge and experience with software product management and development approaches (Agile)
Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
Self-motivated with the proven ability to learn fast and be resourceful.
Enjoys and can demonstrate ability to work well in a highly matrixed, collaborative, creative and mission-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong quantitative skills and a deep understanding of product funnels, data analytics,
A thirst for educational innovation, while being up-to-date with the latest trends, policies and best practices in education and product management
