Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to internal and external stakeholders, particularly for claims and operational data.

Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of cost savings and improved health outcomes.

Convert complex data from multiple sources into meaningful, professional insights in easy-to-understand formats for various audiences.

Generate insights from data analyses on healthcare quality reporting and cost.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to communicate key metrics and trends effectively.

Collaborate with fellow Data Analysts on best practices for data analysis and reporting.

Required

Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance, or related field

2+ years’ experience in data analytics

Ability to independently pursue and develop solutions to complex problems

Experience with SQL and other similar relational databases

Proficient in Excel

Familiarity with business intelligence exploratory or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

Ability to manipulate and analyze data to produce accurate results and tell a story of those results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports

Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Healthcare industry experience is preferred
