Responsibilities
Operational Excellence Management: Lead and manage comprehensive operational excellence reviews, focusing on process optimization, risk mitigation, and performance enhancement across the People Tech Platform.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product management, HR, and other cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of processes.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative solutions and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance operational workflows and outcomes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the People Tech Platform.

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
OR 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Preferred
Certification in Project Management.
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design.
