Responsibilities

Understand customer business objectives and increase awareness of product functionality.
Upskill data science teams to leverage new product capabilities.
Organize internal resources to address customer needs and capture feedback for product improvement.
Facilitate annual renewals and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Achieve retention targets and ensure on-time renewals for accounts.
Organize workshops and technical demos for customers to maximize value from Posit’s Professional Products.
Demonstrate technical knowledge related to Posit Professional products.
Engage with customers, lead workshops, and provide solutions independently.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and act as a mentor within the team.

Required

Experience in Customer Success
Experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or big data domains
Experience working with R and Python
Ability to understand customer business objectives
Ability to increase awareness of product functionality
Ability to upskill data science teams
Ability to organize internal resources to address customer needs
Ability to capture customer feedback and relay it to the software engineering team
Experience in processing annual renewals
Experience in identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Ability to achieve retention targets
Ability to ensure on-time renewals for accounts
Experience in organizing workshops or technical demos for customers
Working knowledge of technical concepts related to IT such as Linux, Docker, etc.
Ability to be an evangelist for data science and industry best practices
Ability to lead customers through the customer journey
Ability to propose solutions when escalating customer questions or requests
Ability to develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers
Experience in serving as a peer mentor
Ability to engage with customers on social networks and community forums

Preferred

Experience in Life Sciences, Financial Services, or High Technology industries
Experience in working with open-source software
Experience in leading workshops or technical demos independently
Experience in navigating and executing most aspects of the role independently
Experience in engaging with customers regularly on social networks and community forums
Experience in working with open-source software
Experience in a distributed team environment
