Responsibilities
Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projects
Conduct research to develop equipment and material recommendations
Manage data and perform complex engineering calculations
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines
Lead larger production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a project
Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects
Communicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutions
Provide support for business development or pursuit activities
Manage project changes directly with the client under Project Manager supervision
Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverables
Provide technical leadership for complex water and wastewater treatment projects
Drive solutions to achieve project goals
Reviews lower-level engineering work or assignments
Hiring, mentoring, performance management and pay administration of their assigned personnel

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
Minimum of 8 years related work experience
Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (which may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search)
Professional registration or licensure in designated home office country, or actively pursuing such registration
Experience in managing execution of engineering component of multiple traditional, design-build, design-bid-build, and collaborative delivery projects in water and wastewater sector
Experience in managing budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management
Experience in leading multi-discipline teams on high profile municipal projects
Experience in supervising and mentoring engineering staff
Experience in conducting research to develop equipment and material recommendations
Experience in managing data and performing complex engineering calculations
