Responsibilities
Monitor sustainability trends and assess implications for business strategy
Organize and manage Sustainability and ESG materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement reviews
Write, and manage preparation of sustainability disclosures including a sustainability report and required regulatory disclosures
Review peer disclosures and enhance sustainability and ESG communications
Complete ESG rating submissions and engage with ESG rating agencies
Produce documents and materials to support Legal and Investor Relations
Collect information on and promote ESG initiatives
Engage with Business Units and Corporate functions to collate data for reporting
Support the assurance process of non-financial data
Handle other projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree and expertise in one or more of the following: basic accounting and budgeting, legal and business operations.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are integral to this role.
Preferred
Familiarity with legal and ESG solutions such as Diligent and Wdesk is highly desirable.
