Responsibilities
Coordinate and guide project teams throughout the product development lifecycle for web services, enterprise portals, and enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack.
Develop applications on the Microsoft platform using .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, WPF, and SQL Server.
Define technical, operational, and user requirements.
Perform work estimation, planning, stakeholder management, and group management.
Participate in pre-sales activities, develop proposals, design conceptual solutions, and manage client relationships.
Serve as a career advisor to other solution developers.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
At least four (4) years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, or in a similar role within the IT or IT consulting industry
4 years of experience developing and deploying applications using full-stack Microsoft platforms, including .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL
4 years of experience developing, analyzing, and performing optimization of code
2 years of experience hosting applications in Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure)
1 year of experience leading teams and developers utilizing Service Oriented Architecture to design applications on the Microsoft Platform
1 year of experience leading technical teams in end-to-end development of Microsoft-based solutions
2 years of experience communicating and presenting information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
