Responsibilities
Elicit current state processes and requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional and non-functional specifications, including but not limited to business processes, develop GAP analysis, create an inventory of data interfaces, inputs/outputs, develop demo and test scripts as per each individual project requires.
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Report status and issues to the Project Manager.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Other duties as assigned.
Some travel may be required (max 20%).

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, UKG)
Experience in enterprise-wide projects
Experience managing multiple projects with multiple clients
Ability to research, formulate, and implement solutions where required.
Proficient in MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and draw actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in an atmosphere of ambiguity.
Preferred
Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
