Responsibilities
Gathers and prepares content and metadata to upload to various systems
Updates and corrects existing metadata and content
Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management)
Develops/updated processes to regularly maintain databases and conduct regular checks to ensure data integrity
Create queries that allow data to be extracted and to streamline the data retrieval process
Analyzes overall content data trends to create and proactively communicate actionable insights that help drive higher content quality
Builds and automate business intelligence reports to quickly identify changes in trends/key metrics, elevate issues, and identify areas for improvement

Required
2+ years of experience in analytics focused on data quality issues
Excel including the use of formulas, large amounts of data (2000+ rows of data)
Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, persistence in gathering needed information to complete the task
Strong in business intelligence/business analysis
Power Point
Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including the basic theoretical background
Experience in Excel and adaptive to using formulas, Pivot tables, etc.
Experience communicating the results of analysis clearly in writing and verbally
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to provide regular status updates proactively
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a curiosity to investigate problems and solve them
Preferred
Project Management
BS/BA degree or 2nd+ year towards their bachelor's degree
