Responsibilities

Responsible for the 4-7 production lines of 1 Autonomous Manufacturing Unit (AMU).

Strive for 0 accidents.

Drive overall operational and performance reduction losses in OEE by capturing and analyzing process and quality data.

Lead Root Cause Analysis on OEE losses and develop operational standards for optimization.

Exchange best practices with other Process Engineers, promote shop floor transformation, and participate in Capex projects.

Collaborate with AMU Manager, Team Leaders, Process Technicians, Operators, and other team members.
