Responsibilities

Work with Creative Manager on creative strategy development and brand execution.

Support design staff with creative direction and innovative solutions to design challenges.

Create layouts for promotional materials and visual media, adhering to brand standards.

Produce well-designed materials for print and digital specifications.

Provide recommendations for design solutions to internal and external customers.

Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, copywriters, and vendors as needed.

Execute retouching and color adjustments to photography with accuracy.

Lead creative discussions with the team and customers.

Perform workstation maintenance and troubleshooting as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in graphics discipline

Ten to fifteen years work experience as a lead designer (Art Director) in related field

Effective written and oral communication skills and mentoring skills desirable

Great attention to detail

Ability to proofread and proofing your own work a must

Advanced level of proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML 5, After Effects, Microsoft Suite (including expert-level PowerPoint skills) and working knowledge of Acrobat Pro, Premier and project management tools (Easy Projects)

Knowledge of printing processes and experience working with print/media vendors
