Responsibilities

Write specifications and drive project schedules from design to release

Manage the production launch and coordinate design and implementation efforts across multiple teams

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints

Develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives while being hands-on to get the job done

Required

7+ years of technical product or program management experience

10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

5+ years of software development experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units

Experience with communicating and briefing senior executives

Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, ambiguous work environment
