Responsibilities
Lead the Americas Consumer Marketing team, considering top priority markets: US, BR, MX.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand metrics among non-users and current users. Establish those strategies in collaboration with different internal stakeholders, such as Comms, Media, Social, Marketing Analytics, Creative among other xfn departments.
Build comprehensive Marketing plans encompassing market context, competition, target audience, brand metrics. Identify which marketing/brand problems need to be solved, identify the brand goals and drive the most effective campaigns.
Monitor, advise and drive the brand results set as Marketing OKRs, as well as vision set by Global Brand & Comms leadership.
Lead a direct team distributed in multiple countries, as well as manage xfn teams that need to support the marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Be able to influence senior leadership, peers, and XFN teams when managing large scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Required
The ideal candidate knows how to build a comprehensive marketing plan and socialize with senior leadership, peers, and XFN partners based on target audience understanding, including who they are, where they are, how they consume content, their needs, their struggles and aspirations. Their barriers and triggers to adopt/trust/use our service.
The incumbent should possess strategic vision that translates business goals into marketing plans, and be able to articulate this to senior leadership and XFN partners. Additionally, possesses the ability to be 'hands-on' and tactical matters with direct reports, as appropriate.
The ideal candidate has experience in building campaigns on traditional media, digital, OOH, stunts, sponsorships, events, co-brands and all different marketing disciplines.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills able to analyze data to inform the best strategies and measure the success of marketing campaigns and the business impact.
Highly motivated and result-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities of competing importance.
Preferred
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to stakeholders.
Prior experience building high performance teams across multiple locations.
