Responsibilities

Sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and assisting product managers with user stories.

Writing user stories or technical stories as requested by the technical lead.

Organizing wiki pages and Jira board, and handling documentation.

Running stand-up sprints, organizing products and projects, and working within Jira for story points.

Coordinating cross-functionally with the immediate team and others, and implementing systems for documentation improvements.

Required

Scrum master: Functional Scrum Master who has at least 2-4 years of experience.

Experience working on greenfield projects/products.

Someone independent and a doer.

Follow/observe and get things done to keep everything organized, documented, updated, and progressing.

Go behind people to follow up with developers and testers to check in to see where they are if they have roadblocks and then follow up to ensure it's executed and completed

Someone with a personality that is kind but very confident and organized so they will not get pushed around.

Excellent communication.

Leadership to keep people and projects on track.

Preferred

Fintech experience is always beneficial

SQL is always nice but not required
