Responsibilities

Fully lead the 2D portion of projects (medium to large scale, including some of the agency’s most complex work), sometimes while overseeing other designers working in supporting roles

Guide and support intern to mid-level Graphic Designers, fostering their growth and development within the agency.

Work as part of a Creative team, collaborating with 3D and other 2D Designers and Creative Strategists as well as with a larger team of Producers and Account Managers., etc.

Lead development of original identity systems and/or overall graphic concepts for new campaigns or experiential properties—ensuring originality and alignment with client objectives. This could include the creation of brand guidelines on occasion

Develop overall art direction for projects—creating mood boards and comps for internal and external presentations

Spearhead the execution of print and digital graphics for campaigns or live events and to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with project goals. Graphics could include: social and web assets, printed assets, environmental graphics, signage and wayfinding, branded swag, packaging, digital interfaces, micro-sites, video assets, and more.

Develop visually compelling proposal decks to effectively communicate and sell concepts to clients.

Generate engaging internal marketing materials for various channels such as web, social media, and presentations, maintaining consistency with the agency's branding and messaging.

Work closely with external vendors and partners, such as printing companies and developers, to oversee the production phase and ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and assets.
