Responsibilities
Achieve In Stock, Sales, Margin, and Inventory Turnover KPIs
Execute inventory plan in partnership with Merchants and Merchandise Planning partners
Develop and maintain demand forecasts to achieve accuracy KPIs
Manage end-to-end inventory in the distribution network to support stores
Order from vendors into the distribution network to support demand
Replenish and allocate inventory from DC/vendor to store
Respond to questions from stores and management regarding product availability
Execute and measure performance against business planning and product creation calendars
Present within various strategic meetings for the division
Create action plans with Merchandise Planner and Merchandising partners
Validate new item set up and ordering parameters on new vendor sets
Research and investigate distribution center and store out of stocks
Identify and resolve aging, disco, and code-date risk inventory

Required
Recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a Retail/Supply Chain focus
Preferred
Industry retail experience a plus
