Responsibilities
Lead the continued rollout of executive leadership experiences, oversee program logistics, and deliver exceptional learner experiences.
Manage and deliver enterprise-wide manager essentials learning series and develop new learning experiences for leaders at scale.
Strategize the expansion of leadership development platform, design accelerated development experiences, and monitor KPI frameworks.
Focus on designing learner-focused experiences, implement learning experience design principles, and gather data to assess program effectiveness.
Collaborate with L&D team members to build learning experiences, monitor progress, and measure impact.

Required
Seven-ten years of experience in progressively larger roles in a corporate learning environment, with exceptional instructional design and facilitation/delivery skills.
Five-ten years of experience in designing and managing leadership development initiatives, talent programs and/or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required, with an advanced degree preferred. Course concentration in Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or related field of study preferred.
Exceptional program design and delivery experience, learning experience design expertise is strongly preferred.
Experience in clearly articulating a business case, defining outcomes, and effectively communicating to multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Ability to drive clarity under ambiguity and execute with excellence.
Demonstrated passion for learning and development of talent.
Experience in measurement and analytics.
Knowledge and use of modern learning systems, tools, and processes.
Demonstrated track record as a change agent and driver of learning outcomes.
Preferred
Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or related field of study.
Learning experience design expertise.
