Responsibilities
Designing and assorting print and graphics for Kids and Baby clothing collections.
Creating clean, color-separated, and repeat patterns within defined product and material technical restrictions.
Creating colorways using a defined color palette.
Partnering with the Design team to prepare Leadership presentations (sketch filling, line sheet support).
Creating graphics for kids and babies for Spring 2025.
Creating briefs of color stories and print inspirations.
Analyzing trends.
Proofing sketches.
Helping and presenting designs to leadership.

Required
5+ years minimum experience in Print & Graphic Design
BA/BS in Design or equivalent
Excellent Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills
Excellent attention to detail
Elevated design aesthetic with a deep understanding of colour harmony
Strong illustration skills
Strong communication skills
Strong understanding on Materials and Printing techniques
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Online portfolio of work is required.
Preferred
Strong knowledge of Miro a plus
Retail web experience a plus
