Responsibilities

Champion user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the product development process. Conduct user research, user testing, and persona development to gain deep insights into user behavior and preferences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to define and refine the product's design strategy, vision, and goals.

Develop and maintain a clear and organized information architecture for the platform, ensuring that users can easily navigate and find the information they need.

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate and validate design concepts and user flows.

Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.

Establish feedback channels and mechanisms to gather user input and insights for continuous improvement of the platform.
