Responsibilities

Works with the Rhythm of Business by participating in meeting cadences, creating content, and ensuring all materials are prepared for goals of the team

Responsible for tracking projects through the corporate interlock process, overseeing the product life cycle of the datacenter, and tracking progress in various activities

Creates, updates, and tracks trends on key performance indicators, providing feedback on internal and external reporting materials

Manages corporate projects sponsored by senior leaders, ensuring proper scoping, committals, and timely delivery

Assists in preparing documents, publishing meeting agendas, and maintaining rolling action items list

Uses tools like Microsoft Project to document, schedule, track, and report on projects

Follows up with all levels of the organization, reports progress, and escalates issues requiring attention

Develops strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators, interfaces with vendors, and maintains confidentiality

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or computer science.

Minimum of 5+ years’ industry experience in project management; experience with product lifecycles preferred.

PMP certification preferred but may be offset with additional project management related experience

Strong communication and organizational skills required with the ability to distill complicated reporting into short, cadenced executive communication.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a global, distributed environment. Ability to relate well at all levels of the organization and maintain collaborative relationships.

Strong sense of results ownership and accountability with the ability to generate executive external reporting under demanding deadlines.

Results oriented - manages against schedule, scope and budget in a highly organized and time effective manner.

Possess excellent problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate compromises between stakeholders.

Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Able to be highly confidential.

Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
