Responsibilities
Develop and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure product quality.
Design and install sophisticated testing equipment, perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels, and minimize defects and failure rates.
Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems.
Establish quality standards for products and processes, suggest modifications to prevent defects, work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
Audit production processes, raw materials, or suppliers/vendors to ensure quality standards are met, conduct root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities, or quality failures.
Ensure compliance with formal external quality standards such as ISO 9001.

Required
Associate's Degree and 2-4 years’ experience required.
Quality Engineering or general Engineering degree required.
Technical expertise.
Ability to identify and seek needed information/Research skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred.
