Responsibilities

Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; provide feedback on product quality and user experience

Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to define and implement tests, analyze test results, and utilize metrics to improve quality

Define and coordinate test strategies and plans across a wide range of testing scenarios and environments

Implement automated tests utilizing in-house test tools and identify opportunities for streamlining repetitive testing tasks

Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing of web-based applications to ensure adherence to design specifications and user requirements

Verify bug fixes and ensure that identified issues are resolved before software releases

Partner with cross-functional teams to reproduce and isolate reported defects, providing clear and concise bug reports using appropriate bug tracking systems

Establish and adhere to Quality Assurance standards and stay current on industry processes, trends, and techniques

Troubleshoot issues encountered during testing and creatively problem solve to produce effective, quality solutions
