Responsibilities

Perform Architectural advisement and Tier 3 Engineering for legacy weapon system projects and future cloud deployments.

Establish security mechanisms for cloud environments including Dev, Test, and Production.

Develop IA Artifacts for ATOs and transition legacy applications between cloud accounts.

Sequencing the transition/migration or initial deployment of Defensive Cyber Systems applications.

Provide surge support for current or emerging needs and establish incident response workflows.

Document processes and procedures.

Required

MA/MS Degree

Minimum 10 years of experience as industry leader

Must be a U.S. citizen; must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance single-scope background investigation

Must be DoD 8570 Compliance according level

Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native cost-effective solutions on AWS

Experience developing and deploying large, distributed cloud-hosted systems and the required operational models for stable application availability

Excels in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud native AWS platforms and services

Preferred

Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, Google)

Experience designing, developing, deploying, testing in AWS architecture

Cloud Architecting experience

Familiarity or hands-on experiences with CloudFormation and Lambda Proficiency and experience with AWS developer tools and workflows (AWSCLI, CloudFormation, etc.)

Experience with programming and infrastructure automation (JSON, YAML, Python, Terraform)

Other industry certifications a plus

Familiarity with cloud data and computing concepts

Experience implementing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) for various systems

Azure 900 Fundamentals

Special Access Program (SAP) experience
