Responsibilities

Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant data and assumptions.

Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting activities. Generate regular financial reports, including monthly/quarterly performance reports and ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess business performance. Identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and business development efforts.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field.

1-2 years of experience in FP&A, data analytics or BI from a bank, fintech or finance institution.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with data visualization and/or business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred

Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
