Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points, using findings to inform design decisions and drive product improvements
Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to define project goals, requirements, and timelines
Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI to analyze data and derive actionable insights, driving informed design decisions and optimizing user experiences
Champion innovation and creative thinking within the design team, exploring new ideas and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital products, using metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Required
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field; Master's degree preferred
2+ years’ experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process
1+ years’ experience leading design projects from concept to delivery, with a focus on driving business results and improving customer experiences
Preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels
Expertise in user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Experience working in Residential home services industry
Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello
