Responsibilities

Analysis of P&L and other financial statements to evaluate companies spend on R&D, hosting, labor, revenue composition and trends, and margin trends

Analyze org structure and census to profile the organization by roles, geo footprint, compensation, tenure, attrition

Analyze key performance indicators and metrics related to key processes for a software / tech company – such as product development predictability, productivity, quality

Perform relevant benchmarking for categories above

Participate in sessions with clients to request the necessary data and conduct necessary interviews

Develop presentations depicting the analysis results

Collaborate with other team members to integrate the analysis into the overall deliverables
