Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and validate real-life data from process equipment and operations to feed/confirm the models and generate some indicators.
Create/maintain the manufacturing processes models using the Intelligen suite of software in collaboration with Site Scheduling, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering. Improve manufacturing processes models to include raw materials and utilities consumptions, wastewater emissions (quantitative and qualitative) and manufacturing labor associated with every manufacturing process step.
Prepare reports and communication materials to support the presentation of the outcome of the modeling and debottlenecking analysis.
Contribute to the development of productivity improvement strategy and measurements related to utilization and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, process unit operations, utilities, and facilities.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering…). Master's degree preferred.
2-4 years’ experience in process industry (pharma, biotech, chemicals, food, oil & gas, energy, automotive, etc.)
Relevant experience in a process improvement role, using computerized process modeling, data mining and data analytics tools.
Demonstrated interest and abilities for data analytics.
Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
