Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify and resolve software defects across web applications.
Utilize your programming skills (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to automate repetitive test cases using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and BDD frameworks.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate closely with developers to understand requirements, identify potential issues early on, and ensure successful deployments.
Perform manual testing to uncover defects that may not be easily automated.
Write clear and concise bug reports to facilitate effective resolution by developers.

Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying the root cause of issues.
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and other team members.
Experience with Core Java concepts and programming
Experience with Object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Experience with Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD/Gherkins)
Experience with Maven, Git version control, and Jenkins for CI/CD
Experience with Programming editors/IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ)
Experience with Testing APIs and web services (REST & SOAP)
Experience with SQL querying and data manipulation
Experience working across different operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
Preferred
Experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured)
Experience with Mobile application testing
Experience with Performance testing tools
