Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
Oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
Identify and develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
Conduct business planning activities including operating plan development, bid agenda development, opportunity gate reviews, win theme, and proposal reviews.
Provide analysis and supporting materials in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.
Build and maintain a repository of corporate and other research findings.
Brief opportunity pursuit status to management at specified milestones in the pursuit/capture process.
Conduct after-action reviews to document lessons learned and identify necessary adjustments to capture technique, strategy, and actions.
Assist with proposal response activities, including but not limited to past performance, resumes, aligning support resources, and additional content.

Required
Bachelor's degree in related field.
3-5 years relevant professional experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of education.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
Exposure and understanding of the Federal government and public sector market; Federal Financial Agencies, including Treasury and IRS a plus.
Ability to exercise sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
Ability to interact with all levels of Management, partners, and team members, staff and customers displaying a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
Must possess business and solution vision, disciplined strategic thinking, analytical presentation and problem solving skills, ability to gain internal support and ability to maintain a solid working relationships with team, managers, and peers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, GovWin or Bloomberg a plus.
