Responsibilities
Responsible for data analysis work related to international product search business.
Lead a team in conducting in-depth analysis within the business domain to optimize user search experience.
Design and analyze various A/B experiments within the search business.
Stay informed about industry trends and offer directional analysis guidance to the search business.
Build specialized models to support the business.
Qualification

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in mathematics, statistics, or computer-related fields.
Data-sensitive with the ability to quickly grasp business concepts, uncover business details, and establish connections between data.
Proficient in SQL, with experience in R, Python, or other scripting languages.
Possess machine learning capabilities, including regression, classification, and clustering.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong learning ability and curiosity. Keen interest in the internet industry with a desire for long-term development within the field.
Preferred
Experience in internet data analysis is a plus.
Prior experience in search business and team management is a plus.
